Terms and conditions of enrolment
Terms and
conditions | refunds
and returns | privacy
policy Please ensure that you carefully read through the
terms and conditions listed below. All enrolments are processed upon the
basis that students have read, understood and accepted the terms and
conditions of the college, and agree to comply fully with them. If you
have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Course fees are fully inclusive of all course
materials, texts and tutorial support, but do not include students'
personal stationery or any postage incurred.
- All study materials become the property of the
student upon full payment of course fees.
- Your first set of course materials will be dispatched
by first class post and should usually reach you within seven to ten
days of your enrolment. There may be rare occasions when our initial
dispatch times are slightly longer, usually due to text books on back
order, or industrial action within the postal service (both over which
we have no control), or public holidays, when it is sometimes necessary
to operate a reduced service. Overseas students may sometimes find that
course materials take a little longer to reach them due to their
country's local postal service.
- Students failing to achieve a pass on their first
examination attempt may re-sit the course free of charge within a period
of six months following the date of failure of the first examination.
- Academic, administrative and tutorial services are
provided by email from Monday to Friday inclusive, from the hours of
09:00am GMT or BST until 17:00pm GMT or BST in accordance with the
academic year. You may contact your tutor at any time by email.
- Course work submitted to
Net-Learners by email for
marking will not be returned. Students are advised to keep copies of all
work submitted to the college.
- All study materials provided by the college are
intended only for individual personal use and are protected under
English and International copyright laws and conventions, and may not be
published, copied, sold, broadcast, or otherwise reproduced or
distributed.
- Whilst every care has been taken in the provisions of
this website, associated study services and study materials and texts,
no liability can be accepted for the use, misuse or inappropriate use of
the provisions, study services, and study materials and texts. Students
enrolling on a course acknowledge such by their acceptance of the terms
and conditions of their enrolment.
Refunds and returns
- Net-Learners.com operates under the United Kingdom
distance selling and internet mail order guidelines. If you purchase a
course from us over the internet and then wish to return it, you must
comply with the following terms:
- You have the right to cancel your contract for the
purchase of your course within the period of twenty eight (28) days,
commencing from the day on which your enrolment was processed.
- To cancel your contract you will need to inform us
in writing by either post or email, and then complete the receipt that
accompanied your materials, stating your reasons for return. You then
need to return all your materials to our returns department, following
the instructions on your paperwork. For your protection, we recommend
you use a recorded delivery service. No liability will be accepted for
returned items which are subsequently lost in the post or fail to
arrive at our returns office.
- You are fully responsible for the safe packaging
and return of all materials to us. On receipt of the returned
materials in good order, Net-Learners.com will refund your money within
a thirty day period. The refund will not include the cost of returning
the item to us.
- Refunds will take the same form of payment to the
card originally used for the purchase. Net-Learners do not issue
refunds in cash or cheques.
Privacy policy
- Net-Learners (us) respect the privacy rights of
